Please read these terms before booking. They apply to all services carried out by MintGroom Pte. Ltd.
No-refund policy
Please be advised that MintGroom strictly adheres to a no-refund policy for all services rendered. Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued. We value the trust you place in our services, and our team is committed to delivering high-quality results.
Before booking, we encourage customers to review the service details thoroughly and ensure they are aligned with their requirements. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before confirming your booking.
Booking terms

Confirmation of appointment and timing will be done via WhatsApp by our service advisor.

A 20% deposit is required for online bookings, and the remaining balance must be paid at our counter once the vehicle is detailed. Price may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle upon assessment. Promotional pricing is available for a limited period only. Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

MintGroom Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or restrict bookings subject to availability.

We will perform the services you select from our service menu with all reasonable skill and care.

Whilst MintGroom Pte Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that our staff take reasonable care of the vehicle whilst in its custody (including, without limitation, where the vehicle is washed and cleaned), the company shall not be liable for damage to, or loss of, the vehicle or any part of it, any of its accessories or contents, and/or damage to any other property, arising from or in connection with the company's custody of the vehicle — except where such liability is proved to arise, and only to the extent it is proven to arise, as a result of negligence, a criminal act or breach of statutory duty on the part of the company.

Old or non-original paintwork can be damaged in the process. All such defects must be indicated to our staff prior to commencement of the detailing process.

Our determination of the size category of your vehicle with regard to the price list shall be final and binding.

The final quote may be subject to change upon inspection of the vehicle at our outlet.

Customers are responsible for clearing all items in the vehicle. MintGroom Pte Ltd reserves the right to charge a service fee of $30.00 nett to clear and pack.
